Flash Player Integrated Into Chrome


Google Chrome Stable Channel has announced the release of Chrome 5.0.375.86, which among other updates and bug fixes, have Adobe Flash Player built-in.

This makes use of a new plugin model that allows Adobe Flash Player to be more tightly integrated in the new Chrome than with previous, traditional plugin model (NSAPI), implying better Flash performance. Also, when you download a Chrome browser, Google will ensure that the latest Adobe Flash Player plugin will be included. The Chrome browser will also periodically check and download the latest Flash updates.
